This activity aims at showing our guests the unforgettable regional tastes, starting from an experience in choosing the produce at a local market, to cooking it, and savouring it.
This is all done with the support of chefs well versed in the regional cuisine. The activity starts with a visit to the iconic Funchal city market, with a taste of wines at a local cellar, and the preparing and cooking of the food by the participants in a place to be defined. In the end, all participants can eat what they produced.
