Excellent guides (three for a party of nine), made a real effort to make sure we had a great day. Over 600 excellent photos taken by the guides as a great memento of our journey down the river. The age of participants varied from 23 to 59, all of us had a reasonable level of fitness.

Several abseil waterfalls and... read more jumps. A good idea to do this activity when it rains. Since you're already wet, the rain doesn't bother you and makes the forest look even greener. You feel completely safe because of the experienced guides who take the time to explain everything and check the equipment. The wetsuits and shoes are also of great quality. And above all, it's really fun with guides Sandro, Filipe and "intern" Alex, who should definitely get a contract with a huge salary ;).

  We did 3 activities during the week we were in Madère, and they were the best without doubt!
We did coasteering with Louis and it was super fun. We had... read more the proper equipment to enjoy completely the activity, all the jumps had an alternative way for not so brave people, and you felt safe all the time. They take care of choosing the good moment to do the activity; we were supposed to do it during the morning but it was moved to the afternoon for a calmer ocean. It was a lot of fun!

We did also cannoying with Sandro and Filippe and it was also such a great experience. It was my first time doing this activity and I got a bit scared... both guides handled the situation very well and I did enjoy a lot the activity and went back to the hotel super happy. Also, the chocolate you receive at the end is such a good day ! fantastic practice !! Incredible quality of the shoes and equipment. Thank you very much again guys.

We did a mountain biking tour, also first time I did this kind of activity. Fabrizzio was very kind and attentive to us. It was a bit difficult for me to follow but they had a lot of patience and I was able to finish the trail. Thanks also to our driver who took care of me in the last part ! 🙂 Bike was in perfect condition and good quality.

We didn't get photos for the mountain bike tour, but yes for the two others, which is also such a nice detail.

I think it's clear I totally recommend to enjoy your time in Madeira with this company !

Canyoning was the first time for me. It was epic. Definitely recommended experience for everyone to try out. Just make sure you pick the right level. Be true with yourself! There are some high jumps. It was cold, I think the water about 5 degrees. Air temperature about 8. Altitude 1500m+.
But we had 5ml wetsuits, neoprene socks, canyoning boots, helmets, kept us surprisingly warm. Beautiful going down the Ribiero Frío.

Coasteering was amazing the day before. The sea water is about 18 degrees so was a lot warmer!! Air temperature about 16 being by the coast. Awesome jumps. Great scenery. Snorkeling and chocolate bar was a great plus!

  I booked and paid for a sunrise tour on August 26, 2022. I received an email confirmation of my payment but nothing else about pick-up time or location. I called... read more the tour operator to ensure I was confirmed for the tour (scheduled on September 3, 2022). I was reassured that my booking was confirmed. I asked about the pick-up time but was told I’ll receive information the day before the tour starts. I got a phone call the day prior to the tour informing me that the tour was canceled due to not enough participants. Canceling my tour the day before it starts is a big inconvenience because I’m on holiday for one week on this island, and one day is such short notice (and impossible) for me to book another tour. Very frustrated!
